Cynthia Strauff Schaub is a retired executive who, after years of nurturing career and left brain, has given her right brain full authority over her. She recently was awarded first prize for her poem “Emily Anderson” at the Ashe County Literary Festival. She spends her days writing and staring out at the trees.
