Ellen Summers leads writing workshops in the Amherst Writers and Artists method and teaches writing at the Servant Leadership School in Greensboro. She holds a doctorate in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and taught writing and literature at the college level for twenty years. Her poems have appeared in Wittenberg Review and Hiram Poetry Review. She serves as facilitator of the Novel Writers critique group for WGOT.
