Since earning her MFA in Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Sandra Redding has published three books: Greensboro: “Portrait of Progress” (Community Communications); Winston-Salem: “Bright Star of the Future” (Community Communications), and a memoir, “Greensboro & Me: Dancing through the Decade” (Alabaster Press). She has over twenty-five short stories, more than fifty poems, and hundreds of book reviews and feature articles in print. Currently she writes a column for the Greensboro News & Record and leads memoir workshops for Shepherd’s Center and Writers’ Group of the Triad.
